Wirecut Easy is the wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) solution designed to offer an optimal balance between precision, simplicity of use, and operational convenience. The machine is ideal for complex machining such as special gears, components for additive manufacturing, curved shapes, and inclined profiles, guaranteeing precision over the entire cutting height by eliminating the “Barrel Effect” thanks to the tension of the molybdenum wire. The true revolution lies in its high ease of use: thanks to the integrated CAD system and intuitive management program, even operators with little experience can operate effectively. 

Just select a few work parameters (material, thickness), and the "regular autocutting" function independently calculates the necessary power, transforming complexity into a continuous production flow, even unattended.

Precision

Machining precision - Wirecut Easy guarantees precision within a hundredth of a millimeter and excellent finishing roughness (Ra between 0.8 and 1.6 μm), covering most EDM needs without resorting to expensive copper wire machines for micron-level precision that isn't always necessary. 

Furthermore, the “regular autocutting” function allows for independent calculation of ampere power. The range is ideal for complex machining such as special gears, additive manufacturing components, plastic extrusion pieces, curved shapes, inclined profiles, nozzles, and small details. 

Perfect for brackets and inserts from sheets, even stackable, it allows for continuous machining, even unattended.

Ease of use

Wirecut Easy is equipped with an integrated CAD system and an intuitive management program, making it simple to use even for operators with little experience. Drawings can be imported from any technical drawing software, ensuring maximum compatibility. 

All cutting parameters are already set within the numerical control; the operator only needs to select working conditions such as material, thickness, speed, and other simple parameters, and the machine will take care of the rest.

Wirecut Easy is designed to optimize wire electrical discharge machining, starting with a clear reduction in operating costs. This is guaranteed by the use of an economical and long-lasting molybdenum wire which, being reusable and wound on a rotating drum, minimizes waste. Efficiency is reinforced by low energy consumption, keeping the necessary electrical power under 3kW, and the limited need for consumables (only distilled water and a small portion of emulsifiable fluid). 

Technically, the machine offers great versatility thanks to its "non-immersion" cutting system: a stream of water irrigates only the cutting area, allowing the machining of components that could not be entirely placed in a water bath. Finally, high precision, especially on thick pieces, is guaranteed by the elimination of the "Barrel Effect" (or Barrel Effect): the molybdenum wire is kept constantly tensioned, ensuring a uniform cutting profile over the entire height of the part.
