The design, performed strictly in-house, is aimed at protecting the data provided by the customer, with whom a collaborative relationship is established from the early stages of study and feasibility.

Machining and Prototyping
Construction is entirely carried out in-house, guaranteeing complete process control, high quality, and speed of execution. The department is equipped with latest-generation machines and an advanced CAM system for precise and efficient programming of the machining processes.
An automatic warehouse for raw material storage ensures optimized and traceable material management. All activities are carried out in compliance with ISO 9100 standards, guaranteeing reliability and high quality standards.
Assembly
In-house assembly is performed by highly qualified technicians with consolidated experience, ensuring direct and timely control of every assembly phase.
This operational method allows for the early identification of any anomalies and immediate intervention with just-in-time solutions, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with technical specifications.
Alongside the senior staff, young technicians in apprenticeships actively participate in the department's activities, favoring the transfer of skills and the continuity of a craft as complex as it is fascinating.

Testing and Certifications
The testing phase represents a fundamental step to guarantee the quality and reliability of the supply. Every component and mechanical assembly is subjected to accurate checks using latest-generation three-dimensional measuring machines, capable of verifying with extreme precision the compliance with dimensional and geometric tolerances.
Dynamic parts are also tested through dedicated hydraulic units, which allow for the simulation of real operating conditions and the verification of correct functionality.
