4-axis rotary tables
Machining precision - Wirecut Easy guarantees precision within a hundredth of a millimeter and excellent finishing roughness (Ra between 0.8 and 1.6 μm), covering most EDM needs without resorting to expensive copper wire machines for micron-level precision that isn't always necessary.
Furthermore, the “regular autocutting” function allows for independent calculation of ampere power. The range is ideal for complex machining such as special gears, additive manufacturing components, plastic extrusion pieces, curved shapes, inclined profiles, nozzles, and small details.
Perfect for brackets and inserts from sheets, even stackable, it allows for continuous machining, even unattended.
5-axis rotary tables
Detron's 5-axis range, which includes tilting rotary tables (such as the GF320H or the GFA-S series), is specifically engineered to handle the most complex geometries and simultaneous machining. These advanced units allow for the tilting and rotation of the part, enabling milling on five faces with a single setup.

Smart Control
Smart Control is the innovation that makes Detron rotary tables immediately accessible, even on machining centers without 4th-axis functionality.
The SAC (Smart Axis Control) system allows indexing and control of the table directly via M-codes from the machine tool's Numerical Control, guaranteeing compatibility with any CNC brand. This system, which supports integration even without simultaneous functionality, allows direct input of table programs.
In this way, Detron offers a flexible solution to add movement and controlled positioning functionality with minimal software integration effort.
