Boring machine for aluminum cylinder head covers

Special machine designed for boring a large aluminum head cover, approximately 1000 mm long and 500 mm wide.

The solution integrates an automatic clamping system and a carriage dedicated to boring bar movement, allowing for precise and repeatable machining.

The tool, approximately 1800 mm long with a 45 mm diameter, is managed via numerical control, guaranteeing stability, rigidity, and process control even on deep and critical machining.

Extraction machine for plastic extrusion screws

Special machine developed for extracting the helical sectors that make up plastic extrusion screws. After numerous work cycles, these screws require maintenance and replacement of the sectors.

The machine, approximately 15 meters long, is capable of applying an extraction force of about 12,000 kg, with CNC positioning for precise management of the sectors' positions. A robust and controlled solution for a complex and high-load operation.

7-position horizontal transfer

Horizontal transfer designed for high-productivity machining of steel guides. The machine integrates 7 work stations, each dedicated to precision milling, boring, and drilling operations.

The overall cycle time is only 7 seconds, thanks to perfect synchronization of machining and automatic loading/unloading with an integrated Fanuc robot. A compact and highly efficient solution for mass production.
