I-MADE MACHINING

The Minifive autoloading machining center is specifically designed for high-precision machining of delicate materials such as precious and sintered metals. Its distinctive feature is its reversed architecture, designed to ensure maximum cleanliness: chips and fumes are extracted from below, eliminating contamination of internal components.

This unique configuration ensures greater precision and durability, making the Minifive ideal for medium- and high-volume production in demanding sectors such as watchmaking, medical, and micromechanics. The self-loading version creates an autonomous, clean work cell capable of combining productivity, precision, and operational continuity.

The Minimax machining center is the compact and versatile solution for optimizing small- and medium-sized series. Designed to excel in environments with a high production mix, Minimax combines high productivity with maximum flexibility. Its architecture is optimized to minimize downtime: the integration of an automatic loader and the wide range of installable accessories guarantee high standards of continuous productivity.

This combination ensures exceptional ease of use and retooling, allowing the machine to quickly switch from one machining operation to another without sacrificing execution speed.

The Orbiter represents a significant evolution in the landscape of traditional pick-up lathes thanks to its compact and modular structure. Unlike conventional lathes, the Orbiter optimizes movement through the rotary A-axis, allowing multiple operations to be performed in a single setup and dramatically reducing machining times and costs.

Its flexibility is enhanced by the presence of live tools, grinding wheels, and the option to integrate a Y-axis. The rotating counter-spindle allows for dual-grip machining without the need to tilt the workpiece, ensuring precision and high productivity with fully automatic loading/unloading paths.
